What we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number if given, company website and messages. This may include your scorecard answers, industry, revenue, EBITDA and employee ranges, timing, city and state, and your answers on investor and operator forms. When you complete the Seller Readiness Scorecard, we also record your scores, when you gave consent to share it, and whether you chose to receive marketing emails. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. We also use Apollo.io and similar visitor identification services if you accept cookies. These services may match a visit to a business and, in some cases, to a person's professional profile based on information those providers already hold. We use this to follow up with people who may be a fit.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health information or bank or account numbers, in form messages.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to you, email reports you request, schedule calls, and assess whether a business or person may be a fit for an acquisition, investment or operator partnership with TTUN Ventures. To help with that, scorecard submissions may be sorted automatically by whether the business appears to match our investment criteria, such as earnings range, industry and distance from Louisville, KY. If you choose to receive occasional marketing emails, we use your email address for that purpose too. Marketing permission is optional and separate from receiving a requested report.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions, scorecard results and email preferences are stored in MailerLite, our email service provider. MailerLite stores data in data centers in the European Union and may process it in the United States. Completed scorecards are also saved in a private database used to run this website, hosted by our website provider.

Who receives it

We use MailerLite for email, Google for analytics and calendar booking, Apollo.io for visitor identification and email outreach, and our website hosting provider to run this site. These providers process information on our behalf and may use their own service providers to do so. To calculate distance from Louisville, KY, we send only the city and state you enter, never your name or answers, to a public location service. Our professional advisors may receive information when needed to help us respond or assess fit. We never sell personal information. We do not share your answers with operators or other buyers without your permission.

Email tracking

Emails we send through MailerLite contain small tracking images and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above. At least once a year, we review our records and delete or anonymize information about people we have not been in contact with for 24 months, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason or an ongoing conversation. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from MailerLite and from our website database. Copies held in our providers' backups may take additional time to be removed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@ttunventures.com. You can decline or change cookies at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can ask us to delete any visitor identification record by emailing info@ttunventures.com, and we will act on your request within 10 days. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect the information you provide. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send confidential records until we have both signed an NDA.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
